We follow an iterative approach to project management. Whereas many other consultants will disappear for six-months or a year and then deliver something which is entirely unlike what you wanted, we have a strict policy of keeping the customer constantly involved. We work in short cycles of a few days to a few weeks, depending on the needs of the job. During each cycle we consult with you about your needs and then deliver an actual working product, fully tested and as defect-free as possible. This gives you a chance to judge progress and offer feedback.
